Real Life: Let's Get Physical

Since it's summer and school is over I feel like it is the best time for me to get back in shape and lose some weight. I've been trying for years but I never had the motivation, now I'm ready to get healthy! So far I have lost 3 pounds, although it's not much it's a start, i'm hoping that by the end of the summer I will be 40 pounds lighter. A difficult task, I'm aware but this needs to be done immediately! I feel like I'm missing out in life because i'm so uncomfortable with my weight, and I don't want to feel like that anymore. I want to be comfortable and happy with myself. So throughout the summer I'll be posting how much I'm losing my exercise regime, foods i'm eating and cooking. I'm so excited for this journey, although it'll be rough I want this, and need this. I can't wait to take you guys on this journey with me!
