Hey guys. I'm going to be honest with you, I'm obsessed with smoothies. I drink them day, night as a snack or meal. You just throw yummy stuff in a blender and you get a magical result. Most importantly...It's easy! A while back I made a video on how to make my body blast smoothie for when your body feels yucky. Today I'm sharing my favorite green smoothie with you guys. I drink this smoothie on the reg, at least 3-4 times a week and i don't get tired of it. Since I love this smoothie so much I thought I'd share it with you guys. Normally I don't measure anything, I just throw everything in my Nutri Bullet. Does anybody else do that? To make things easier for you all I came up with some rough measurements.
2 Cups Of Spinach
1 Cup Of Coconut Water (I like the consistency to be kinda thick so I use less liquid, add more if you're not a fan of thicker smoothies)
1 Cup of Frozen Strawberries
1 Frozen Banana
1 Orange
1 Packet of Aloha Daily Good (Optional) <--- This is packed with
superfoods!
Blend it all up!
Your result should be a magical, delicious treat! YUM
