Real Life: I Work Out!

Now I have started working out for a while now I'm trying to find a good workout routine with great results. What I normally do is I warm-up on the elliptical for about 30 minutes then I walk/jog on the treadmill for 30 minutes or sometimes I do yoga (which I love) but i feel like it isn't enough. Then afterwards I go and lift random weights I really don't have a system i just lift whatever looks good! I feel like if I had a good and consistent program my weight loss would be a lot greater. I've seen a lot of different things on pinterest on working out but none of them have really stuck with me.  I'm pretty much lost and I want a good consistent program.

  1. I need to figure out something too! I feel the same thing about yoga, it feels great but isn't a big enough work out to be the only thing. I've started doing Barre classes and really enjoy them! Pure Barre and Barre3 are the ones I've tried, definitely see if they're in your area!
